By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any clarifying questions, feel free to send them via e-mail.GENERAL CONDITIONS:◈ Please, note that the prices stated on the list are made for you to have an approximate understanding. The exact price may vary depending on the complexity your commission. I can charge extra for additional elements (such as wings, weapons, animals, etc). If you have a specific budget, make sure to inform me, and I will provide you with available options.◈ Communication during our cooperation takes place via e-mail or Discord.◈ Private commissions can be posted on social media and galleries. I have the right to post the commission in my portfolio and gallery. If you want me to delay posting the artwork or not to post it at all, please, inform me in advance.◈ I reserve the right to decline the commission request for personal reasons.◈ Cancellation of the commission is possible only before payment. I will not charge you for a sketch if you are not satisfied with it, but I reserve the right to use it for my own purposes.◈ I do not make refunds after the beginning of our cooperation.◈ Time required to complete the commission may vary depending on its complexity and my work overload. Completion time for the commission will range from 20 days to 3 months. I will maintain contact with you throughout the process. If you require a specific deadline, please inform me in the beginning of our cooperation.◈ Take into account that I do not allow to use the commissioned artwork to train AI, nor do I allow to edit it with AI (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Grok, etc.).◈ I do not allow to use the commissioned artwork as NFT, nor do I sell any of my works as NFT.COMMERCIAL USE:◈ Unless discussed in advance, I do not allow using commissioned artworks for commercial purposes.◈ If you want to use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes, I charge 50-100% of the standard price. The exclusive right to use the artwork goes to you, and I will not post it anywhere on social media if required.PAYMENT:◈ Payment via Lavatop (PayPal) or EasyStaff (PayPal)
◈ 100% pre-payment after we confirm the sketch.
◈ Payment plan is possible if the price is 300 USD or higher.PROCESS:◈ I will send you all stages (sketch, black and white tone, colour and light scheme, final stage) for your confirmation and revision.◈ Sketches and intermediate stages can be edited until you are satisfied. Minor edits at the stage of completion are acceptable, but significant changes will cost extra pay. If I decide to add significant changes on my own initiative, I will not charge you for them.◈ You will receive the commissioned artwork in high resolution PNG format. If you require specific dimensions, let me know in advance. If the commissioned artwork is going to be printed, specify the profile.◈ I work in Photoshop, so if you require a PSD file with separate layers, kindly let me know about it.

Details:◈ I don't adapt to another artist's style. I will only produce what you see in the examples.◈ Black and white art is 30% of the cost.◈ Game characters (Astarion, Shadowheart, Gale, etc.) are 20% of the cost.◈ I require a detailed reference of your character (sketches, photos, drawings - the more, the better!) and description of what you would like me to draw.◈ I draw:
- human-like characters (dnd, fiction, any game)
- antro
- couples (self-insert(yume) included)
- SFW, erotic
- NSFW and mild gore are negotiable◈ I don’t draw:
- people from real life (exception: your portrait in a particular setting)
- religion-themed art
- political art
- modern vehicles
- mecha (except for mechanical body parts)
- juvenile characters
- brutal porn scenes

Sketch - 40$◈ A black and white portrait of your character completed in a hatching technique.
◈ By choosing this type of commission, you will receive a sketch (small changes can be done) and a final art (hatched).
◈ Color accent can be added.

Icon - 60$◈ This is a head-shot where the main focus is the face of your character.◈ Icon format can be either a circle or a square with a minimum size of 2000x2000.

Bust - 150$◈ Additional character: +90$◈ A rendered bust-up portrait of your character on a simple (blurred) background with optional elements (may include hands, flowers, jewellery, small objects or creatures)

Half-body vertical - 200$
horizontal: +30$◈ Additional character: +130$◈ A rendered half-body (can be extended to knee-up) portrait of your character on a simple (slightly blurred) or detailed background. May include optional elements (such as wings, small or medium-sized animals, etc).

Full body (simple background/blurred) - $250Additional character: +$180Complex/detailed background: $50-100+◈ A rendered full-body portrait of your character on a simple (slightly blurred) or detailed background with optional elements (such as wings, weapons, any size animals, etc).◈ Simple background can be a forest, a wall indoors or outdoors, shapes of city buildings. Optional elements may be included.◈ Complex background includes detailed architecture, interior in perspective and extras such as furniture or a crowd.

Additional character: +180$◈ Final price includes the commercial right. If you need me to sign a contract, I will do it only in the electronic form.
